Refund policy
At New Century Natural, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food supplements and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@newcenturynatural.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
Eligible unopened products may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
